Radiant Communication Sdn. Bhd. and Reverb Digital Technologies (“RCSB and RDT”), acting as a Public Cloud PII Processor, are committed to transparency in the protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Prior to entering into any contractual agreement, RCSB and RDT make available to prospective customers (Customer Service Clients – CSCs) relevant information regarding the technical and organisational security measures implemented to protect PII. This includes, where appropriate:
- Information security policies and governance frameworks
- Data protection and privacy controls
- Access control, encryption, and monitoring mechanisms
- Incident response and breach notification procedures
- Data retention and secure disposal practices
- Use of sub-processors and third-party service providers
RCSB and RDT ensure that sufficient information is provided to enable CSCs to evaluate whether such controls meet their legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, including applicable data protection laws such as PDPA and GDPR.
