Strategic Majority Investment to Accelerate AI-energized Customer Experience Innovation

Radiant Communication Sdn. Bhd. (with headquarter in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, hereinafter referred to as RADIANT) publicly announces that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Bewith, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as BEWITH), a publicly listed entity, and well-established Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers in Japan, pursuant to which BEWITH will acquire a 85% equity stake in RADIANT. The transaction’s definitive agreement will be executed on 27 April 2026 and expected to be completed upon satisfaction of customary conditions precedent.

This investment reflects a shared ambition to shape the next horizon of AI-energized Customer Experience (CX), which will be driven by outcomes, intelligence, and business accountability—not technology deployment alone. Together, RADIANT and BEWITH are aligning to help enterprises rethink CX as a measurable growth and value lever, integrating strategy, AI, operating models, and execution.

Traditionally, RADIANT has been recognized as a CX technology vendor and systems integrator, with deep expertise as a long‑standing GENESYSTM partner delivering cloud contact centre implementations across Malaysia. This foundation remains a strength. However, this investment accelerates a decisive shift: from implementation‑led delivery to a consultative, product‑led CX advisory model.

With the productization of our Agentic AI platform, keyaiTM, RADIANT is assuming greater ownership of CX outcomes—enabling intelligent automation, orchestration, and monetization across the full customer lifecycle. Our focus is no longer limited to “deploying platforms,” but on co‑owning CX performance with our customers: reducing cost‑to‑serve, improving experience quality, increasing revenue impact, and enabling operational resilience.

Building on BEWITH’s 25 years of BPO experience, underpinned by extensive operational expertise and enterprise relationships, a reciprocal go-to-market strategy will be executed. keyaiTM will be introduced and commercialised into Japanese market through BEWITH’s enterprise footprint, while BEWITH will be expanded in Malaysia for BPO‑led use cases, each aligned to its intended market and value proposition. This reciprocal go‑to‑market strategy allows both organizations to maximize their respective strengths while accelerating product adoption and value creation across regions.

Importantly, our platform strategy remains clear and deliberate. GENESYSTM and Omnia LINKTM, serve distinct market segments and operating models. GENESYSTM continues as our strategic enterprise‑grade cloud platform for organizations prioritizing advanced capabilities, flexibility, and best‑of‑breed CX innovation. Omnia LINKTM is purpose‑built for BPO‑centric, high‑volume environments where tightly coupled operations, scale efficiency, and service delivery are paramount. This segmentation allows us to address different customer needs and operating models and are intentionally positioned to avoid overlap—preserving partner alignment while expanding our overall market coverage.

Our commitment to customers, partners, and employees remains unwavering. Business continuity, transparency, and trust are core priorities as we scale this next chapter. What changes is our ambition—and our ability—to shape CX strategies that deliver measurable business impact at enterprise scale.

This strategic partnership establishes a strong foundation for sustained growth, cross‑border collaboration, and innovation. By combining regional market expertise, AI‑driven products, and global scale, RADIANT and BEWITH are well positioned to shape the future of intelligent customer experience across ASEAN, with Malaysia selected as the initial market under BEWITH’s broader regional growth strategy.
